Douglas Penner

Doug Penner CA, CIA, CFA is the President (Finance and Services) at Arcan Resources Limited since May of 2012. Prior to being the President Doug was the CFO for Arcan since 2006. Prior to being employed with Arcan Doug was the CFO of Open Range Energy Corporation and Tempest Energy Corporation. He holds a BBA degree from the University of New Brunswick, an MBA from the University of Calgary, and is a Chartered Accountant having articled with Ernst & Young.
