Jess Kryski MKin CSEP-CEP

Sport Physiologist

Jessica completed her Bachelor and Master in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. During that time, she worked in the Human Performance Laboratory and assisted with elite athlete testing, primarily in endurance sports.

Following graduation in 2007, Jessica joined the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta full time. She specializes in endurance physiology, altitude training, performance planning, athlete monitoring and coach development.

She was a member of the integrated support team for the 2014 biathlon Olympic team and attended the 2018 Paralympic Games with the para nordic team that won an impressive 11 medals. In her spare time, Jessica volunteers with the Community Connections run Food Bank.
