Performance Pathways Specialist / Sport Physiologist

Jeff completed degrees in general studies and education from Brandon University. He then went on to complete a third degree at the University of Manitoba in exercise and sport science. Jeff concluded his education career in 2009, with a Master of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.

Jeff strives to provide quality programming, training education and expertise to his athletes, coaches and colleagues. In order to stay current with the trends of the industry Jeff is constantly seeking out the latest literature and information.

His passion to help athletes achieve their highest potential is what led Jeff to work in high-performance sports. Jeff has worked with a variety of different national teams ranging from speed skating, hockey, biathlon, water polo, and cross-country ski.
