Nathaniel Morris MSc, CSCS
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Nathaniel completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University followed by his graduate degree in Biomechanics at the University of Calgary. His graduate research focused on techniques to restore and monitor muscle strength and power after ACL injury in elite athletes.
He currently trains athletes with the Men’s and Women’s Middle Distance National Speed Skating Team, the Women’s National Hockey Team, and the Alberta Provincial Alpine/Ski Cross Teams.
In his spare time, Nathaniel plays soccer (semi) competitively and is a huge Toronto Raptors fan.
