Performance Pathways Specialist / Sport Physiologist

Jeff Osadec, MKin, CEP, CSCS SP-SSC is a seasoned sport performance professional who brings deep experience, steady leadership, and a clear philosophy to athlete and team development. With over 20 years in Canada’s high-performance sport system, Jeff has worked alongside national teams, emerging athletes, and multidisciplinary staff to help shape environments where performance and personal growth go hand in hand.


Since 2011, Jeff has been a key member of the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta, contributing to medal-winning programs with Hockey Canada, Water Polo Canada, Cross Country Canada, and Speed Skating Canada. His approach blends science-informed planning with practical coaching experience, always rooted in the long game, development that’s sustainable, individualized, and purposeful.


Jeff holds degrees in Education and General Studies from Brandon University, a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Manitoba, and a Master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), and is known for his ability to connect planning frameworks with real-world application.


Whether leading national team programs, guiding young coaches, or helping schools design impactful practicum placements and experiences, Jeff focuses on clarity, collaboration, and consistency. He’s committed to creating spaces where athletes can not only perform, but learn, adapt, and grow, with support that evolves alongside them.
