Kelly Drager MSc, CSSD, ISAK Level 1

Lead Performance Dietitian

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Physical Education, Exercise Physiology honors degree from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition at the University of Alberta. Her MSc in Exercise Physiology at the University of Alberta compared energy availability of female athletes and non-athletes taking oral contraceptive pills.

She has worked in sport for over 20 years and has supported over 15 different Canadian National Sport Organizations. Since 2019, Kelly has worked on the CSIAB Athlete Bone Health project, a collaboration between the CSIAB and University of Calgary Bone Imaging Lab. Kelly is also a member of the newly formed Canadian Olympic Committee Female Athlete Task Force aiming to address the health and wellness of female athletes across all stages of their athletic careers.

She is an avid sport climber, who has competed at various levels and now spends her time training for outdoor routes and training her dogs, debatable as to who is training who.
