Perri Ford, MA
Mental Performance Consultant
Perri holds a MA in Sport Psychology from John F Kennedy University and a BSci in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. She began working as a Mental Performance Consultant in 2015.
In addition to supporting athletes with CSI Alberta, Perri has a private practice- Bell Lap Mental Performance, and has been the MPC for student-athletes at the National Sport School since 2021. She has had the privilege of working with athletes representing Alberta at the Canada Summer Games in Niagara (2022) and St. John’s (2025). Perri is a professional member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association (CSPA), and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). In 2018 she was the recipient of the CSPA Early Career Professional Award in acknowledgement of exceptional professional practice in Canada.
In her personal life Perri finds ways to live her core values of challenge, community, and compassion. She enjoys travelling with her partner and daughter, exploring the nearby mountains, walking her dog Sarah, and creating art.
