Jess Kryski MKin CSEP-CEP
Sport Physiologist
Jessica completed her Bachelor and Master in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. During that time, she worked in the Human Performance Laboratory and assisted with elite athlete testing, primarily in endurance sports.
Following graduation in 2007, Jessica joined the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta full time. She specializes in endurance physiology, altitude training, performance planning, athlete monitoring and coach development. She is the Integrated Support Team Lead for Biathlon Canada and Nordiq Canada’s Olympic and Paralympic Programs.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, reading and experimenting in the kitchen
